Liberty Trio Return To Training Ahead of Elmina Trip

Liberty Professionals Head Coach, Ignatius Fosu has received a huge boost in player selection ahead of his side’s Ghana Premier League Match week 9 fixture against Elmina Sharks as three of his injured players returned to full training on Monday.

Youngsters Brite Andoh and William Dankyi picked up minor injuries during their home goalless draw with champions Wa All Stars before the international break which ruled them out of training throughout last week.

But Sportsworldghana.com can confirm that both players have join the rest of the squad in training and are likely to be selected for this weekend’s game away at Elmina.

Goalkeeper Fatau Alhassan also returned to full training on Monday after sustaining a waist injury in Liberty’s 1-0 defeat away at Bechem United three weeks ago.

Meanwhile, Striker Cephas Doku who also picked up an injury against Wa All Stars still remains out as are midfielders Tamimu Muntari and Issah Shaibu who picked up major injuries against Asante Kotoko and Ashanti Gold respectively.
