Medeama SC pipped Elmina Sharks FC in their week 32 Ghana Premier League clash in Tarkwa on Sunday afternoon.
The home team came from behind twice to secure a hard earned narrow win over the Green and Whites at the Akoon Park in Tarkwa.
Tahir Mensah opened up the floodgate for goals after three minutes of play to give the away team an early advantage.
Ten minutes later Fatawu Sulemana grabbed the equalizer for the home team on the 13th minute mark to make it 1-1.
Edmond Asiedu scored a beautiful goal inside 27 minutes of the match to restore the visitors one goal lead but Vincent Atinga leveled matters for the home team on the stroke of half time.
Youngster, Ebenezer Ackahbi grabbed the winning goal for the Yellow and Mauves 11 minutes from full time to send Medeama to 3rd on the table.
Elmina Sharks FC are now 17th on the league table after 32 matches with 35 points with two games left to play.
