Ghana Premier League side and two-time MTN FA CUP winners Medeama will be without star midfielder Rashid Nortey when they host relegation-threatened King Faisal at the Akoon Park on Wednesday.
Nortey is suspended for the match and will be absent as the Mauve and Yellows seek to compound the misery of the visitors.
Medeama coach Yaw Preko will also be without defender Baba Musah for their crucial game which could decide if they will finish in the top four spot at the end of the season.
Nortey has been instrumental for the Tarkwa-based Premier League team in this year’s campaign with jaw-breaking performances on a consistent basis.
The diminutive playmaker has been constantly being called up by Ghana’s Black Stars coach CK Akonnor for the recent AFCON qualifiers and international friendLies earlier this month against Morocco and Ivory Coast.
