Five players of Ghana Premier League champions Accra Hearts of Oak have been invited by Annor Walker into the Black Stars B team as they prepare for the upcoming CHAN qualifiers.
According to the media reports, defender and deputy captain Mohammed Alhassan, goalkeeper Richard Atta, forward Daniel Afriyie Barnie, midfielder Ibrahim Salifu and Seidu Suraj have all been named on the yet-to-be-announced squad.
Ghana has failed to qualify for the CHAN tournament in the last three editions under former coach Maxwell Konadu.
Ghana are hoping to make it this time as the tournament is set to take place this year in Algeria from 8th January to 23rd January 2023.
