Ghanaian Striker Idrissu Zibore Abdallah is hopeful of playing a key role when his side Costa Do Sol square off against Ferroviaro de Maputo in the first of two-legged semi final of the Tasa Mozambique on Wednesday.
The former Bechem United forward has had limited playing time with Costa since joining them at the start of the season.
But despite his limited time on the pitch, the young striker has managed to score eight (8) goals for the Mozambique top flight side since his arrival.
But with none of his 8 goals coming from the Tasa Mozambique, Zibore remains optimistic he can fire his side into the Cup final when given the nod to start on Wednesday by his manager Nelson Santos.
Speaking to SportsWorldGhana.com from his base in Mozambique, Zibore noted that his main target ahead of the game is to help his side record a victory.
” I am ready to work for the team because I am a player for the team not for an individual So I am 100 percent ready to put a smile on the face of all the costa Do sol fans. I am hoping to score my first cup goal”, He said.
“Even Though I have been struggling with the first eleven since the second round started, I believe it’s the choice of the coach, And any player have to respect a coach decisions. That doesn’t address you as a bad player.
“Every coach has his own tactics over his players, But Thank God I always come in as a substitute and put my effort to win most of our games”, Zibore added.
Speaking on their opponent, Zibore said, “this team [Ferroviaro de Maputo] always give costa do sol problems especially in the cup games. But we are ready to break the boundaries this Wednesday”
