Asante Kotoko meets Bekwai Youth Football Academy in the MTN FA Cup Round of 64 and the competition represents the fourth for the Porcupine Warriors this season.
Kotoko entered the 2020/21 CAF Champions League. They were eliminated by Al Hilal of Sudan but dropped to the CAF Confederation Cup where they suffered another elimination in the hands of ES Setif of Algeria in the play-off round.
The team currently managed by former Ghana head coach Mariano Barreto is second on the Ghana Premier League standings on 47 points – two points adrift leaders Hearts of Oak.
