Yussif Chibsah the agent of Medeama midfielder Justice Blay has disclosed that Asante Kotoko Chief Executive Officer Nana Yaw Amponsah is determined to capture his client ahead of the 2021/22 Ghana Premier League season.
The highly-rated midfielder is currently injured but that has not reduced the interest of the Porcupine Warriors who are looking for an established holding midfielder.
“I was over the phone with Nana Yaw Amponsah some four days ago and he asked about how they can get the Blay deal done.” Chibsah revealed on Kumasi-based Ashh FM on Tuesday.
“Talks are going on with Medeama president Moses Parker and I can say that Kotoko are really interested in the boy” Chibsah who represents the player through Club Consult Africa revealed.
Medeama SC reportedly are demanding a transfer fee of 70 000 Ghana Cedis whilst Kotoko are willing to pay 20 000 Ghana Cedis less.
