Nations FC head coach Frimpong Manso has voiced strong frustration over what he describes as a lack of seriousness among some of his players this season.
The coach, who replaced Kasim Mingle earlier in the campaign, has recorded only one win in four matches. His concerns intensified after their 2–1 loss to Berekum Chelsea, where he said certain players were not showing the right attitude on the pitch.
He explained that only players who demonstrate commitment will be selected, adding that he is ready to leave behind anyone who is not prepared to give their best for the club.
Manso noted that he tried to build unity within the team when he took charge, but believes the behaviour of some players continues to affect the squad’s progress.
Nations FC currently sit 14th on the league table with 10 points and will next face defending champions Bibiani GoldStars on Matchday 11.
