Iñaki Williams has set a new record in tbe Spanish Laliga after playing all the last 203 matches for his club Athletic Bibao.
The Ghanaian, born striker was in action for Athletic Club on Friday in their Basque derby 1-0 win against Deportivo Alavés.
35-year-old striker Raúl García scored the only goal in the game for Athletico Bilbao.
It was a special game for Iñaki Williams, despite not appearing hitting the back of the net.
The talented attacker played his 242nd league game for Athletic Bilbao on Friday night, playing 203 in a row, without missing a single game. With that he breaks the revord of Juan Antonio Larrañaga, who played one game less in a row between 1987 and 1992 for Real Sociedad.
The last time Williams was out was over five years ago.
