Nigerian striker Danjuma Kuti has expressed his grievances concerning treatment meted on him by Accra Hearts of Oak and has termed it unprofessional.
According to the player, the Rainbow Club have decided to waste his precious time to prevent him from getting a club despite coming to terms to cancel his deal at the club.
“I’m still a player of Hearts of Oak but at the moment we have come to an agreement to end my contract but they are wasting my time and If they don’t want me anymore they should give me my money so that I leave.”
“They have wasted my time for seven months, they could have canceled my contract when I returned from Nigeria with the injury.”
He further stated: “Hearts of Oak does not want players to resort to social media but they will never do the right thing.”
“Hearts of Oak are not doing anything to prove they are a professional club. You do not go on signing new players when you have monetary issues with your old players,no professional club does what they are doing”, he said.
“Now they want to sign Ronaldo and Messi when they still owe their players which I have no problem with but I’m just being nice with them, on a normal day they will have to pay me $36,000”, he told Gye Nyame FM in Kumasi.
