Former Hearts of Oak attacker, Gilbert Fiamenyo claims that there has not been a better striker at Hearts since he left the club eights ago.
The former Hearts of Lions striker played for the Phobians from 2009 to 2012 but has argued that his former side have failed to produce quality striker since his departure.
Speaking in an interview with Max FM in Accra, Fiamenyo stated that he was one of the revered players in the team then “I go to watch Hearts of Oak strikers during matches, though they are they good but I am not sure there has been any better striker since I left, I believe in myself”.
“I am the only player most defenders of other teams call our players to find out whether I will be part of the team or not or because of threat I pose to them”, he bragged.
Hearts of Oak haven’t won the Ghana Premier League for almost a decade and are hoping to finally end their trophy drought by winning the 2020/21 Ghana Premier League title under the supervision of coach Edward Odoom.
