Asante Kotoko midfielder Salifu Mudasiru has sent a positive new year message to fans following his start to training at the Adako Jachie on Thursday.
Salifu picked the injury on November 5th last year and his absence greatly affected the Porcupine Warriors.
Former head coach Maxwell Konadu spoke on the injury situation of Salifu at the official post match presser after his team were defeated by Accra Great Olympics on December 17th, 2020 and said:
“Our warrior Mudasiru Salifu, has been ruled out of action for few weeks after he suffered an injury to the 4th metatarsal. We wish you speedy recovery strongman ,” the club tweeted on 5th November 2020.
The talented midfielder took to twitter on New Year’s eve and wrote:
“It’s hard to beat a person who never gives up, not even an injury. #hardworkpaysoff #Alhamdulillah #HappyNewYear2021”
