National Sports authority boss Robert Sarfo Mensah says he is considering taking legal action against Angel Broadcasting Network after being accused in a massive visa fraud ahead of the commonwealth games in Australia.
Reports are rife in the media on that director of the national sports authority Robert Sarfo Mensah and deputy sports minister Pius Enam Hadzide had issued visas to some people believed to be journalist .
Over 50 Ghanaians have been deported by Australian authorities claiming they are not convinced by their reasons for traveling to the country to cover the games. But Sarfo Mensah insists he is contemplating suing Angel Broadcasting Limited for tarnishing his image.
“This matter will be investigated surely it will be investigated and if it becomes necessary for me to go to the law court to clear my name why not I will do it” he told Starr Sports
“But as I said the said media house has retracted and apologized but we still need to investigate and get to the bottom of it that’s the alleged impersonation and visa fraud and all that we need to know the truth” he added.
