Ghana Goalkeeper Adam Kwarasey has signed a four year deal with Danish football club Brøndby IF sportsworldgahan.com can report.
Brøndby IF announced on Monday afternoon via the club’s official handle the capture of the Ghanaian international from Norwegian side Rosenborg.
”It feels right, and I’m happy to come to Denmark’s biggest club. I am excited to get started already on Wednesday, says Kwarasey who knew Brondby before his move” Kwarasey told the club official website.
” I grew up in Norway, so Brondby is not unknown to me. It is the club in Denmark with the best fans. They create an atmosphere at the stadium, which is unsurpassed in Denmark, and it is really exciting to be a part of the whole atmosphere that’s around Brondby”.
Kwarasey who had to be replaced by Fatau Dauda for the Black Stars team who are currently in Dubai preparing for the 2017 Nations Cup due to sickness after being named in Coach Avram Grant’s final 23 man list expressed his excitement after completing the much awaited move.
”Ronnow is an accomplished keeper, but it’s great to work with other talented goalkeepers and coaches. It helps to lift us both, and I’m sure the club has a good plan for us, says Adam Kwarasey.
”I will use the next time learning the club and the people in and around Brondby to know and fall to the team.
Training starts in earnest on Thursday after Wednesday’s physical tests, and there are the Ghanaian national team goalkeeper ready to unyielding approach.
”I have to show for training that I am ready when the chance comes. I’ve been playing professionally for many years, so I know the game. One is always a little extra on when you come to a new club, but you have to be ready from the start, for it may be that the chance comes faster than had been expected.
