Ghanaian forward Osman Bukari has joined French Ligue 1 side Nantes on a season-long loan deal from Belgian club KAA Gent.
Bukari has been targeted by Nantes to boost their squad at a time that exciting talents are moving to the French league following the arrival of superstar Lionel Messi at PSG.
In September 2020, Bukari joined Gent from Slovakian side for in a deal said to be worth millions of Euros.
After just one year at the club, the Ligue 1 side have focused their attention on signing the Ghanaian to boost their ranks to face the likes of PSG, Lyon, Marseille and Rennes who have all bought heavily this season
Now Bukari can play together with ex-Gent players Kalifa Coulibaly and Moses Simon. Bukari still has a contract with Gent until 2023.
His market value is estimated at 3.5 million Euros. In the Belgian Jupiler Pro League Bukari made 25 appearances with four goals and six assists.
He signed a one-year loan deal with the Ligue 1 club from Belgian side Gent.
Bukari will wear the No 26 jersey at his French club.
The Ghana international winger completed the loan deal from Belgian side Gent to represent an upward move in his career after spending just one year in Belgium.
