Techiman city Football club have withdrew their case against the Ghana Football Association citing national football interest.
Owner of the Citizens, Micky Charles, on Monday seeked a court injunction form the Court to be placed on the ongoing Ghana Premier league.
The injunction letter was handed to the General Secretary of the Ghana Football Association, Isaac Addo on Monday evening.
Court proceeding between the parities were to be heard today but the Techiman base club have officially communicated to the court about discontinuing the case.
Sportsworldghana.com sources indicate, highly influential people in the society and Ghana football have talked to Micky Charles to withdraw the suit hence the action.
