Event and media content producers, Oxigen World has presented items to the national beach soccer team the Black Sharks.
Beach Soccer team Ghana will fly to Lagos on Sunday afternoon for the second edition of the CAF Beach Soccer AFCON.
The items were made up of Black Sharks branded Caps, t-shirts, shorts and Puma camping slippers.
Oxigen World also treated the team and management to lunch as well as the cost of two nights hotel accommodation in Accra for the contingent.
A representative of Oxigen Ms Jennifer Derry promised that the presentation will be the first of many to come.
“We have been following with keen interest and admiration, the development of the beach soccer in Ghana and we hope to do more in the coming months and years”.
The Black Sharks will play former African Beach Soccer champions Ivory Coast and North African Beach Soccer champions Egypt.
The Black Sharks would also face host nation Nigeria in the last Group A encounter in the tournament scheduled for the 13th to 19th of December.
Ghana is currently ranked 8th in Africa by CAF and 47th in the Beach Soccer Worldwide rankings by FIFA.
