Ghanaian international Joseph Paintsil is elated with his club’s win over KV Mechelen in the Belgian Jupiler Pro League last Friday.
Paintsil who netted the third goal for his side in the 91st minute was awarded the man of the match and he is elated with the performance of his club.
“Our mentality is very good,” Paintsil said of how they managed to pull through once again when down to ten men.
“Even the players who are not on the pitch always cheer us up.”
“Genk are now unbeaten in their last eight this season which is a club record.
Paintsil has netted seven goals and also provided four assists so far this campaign.
