A brace from Patmus Arhin was enough for Ghana U17 side [Black Starlets] to their counterparts, Niger 2-0 in an international friendly at the Accra sport stadium on Thursday afternoon.
Patmus shot Ghana in front just two minutes into the game as the Starlets finished the first half with a nil lead.
Back from break, the visitors came in strongly as they kept surging forward for equalizer but failed to do so as Arhin on the 64th minute scored again to finish his brace for the day.
Coach Paa Kwesi Fabian’s side had earlier on Monday defeated Niger 2-0 as the same venue in the first leg of the double header international friendly.
The match forms part of the Ghanaian side preparations for the African U17 championship which will be staged in Gabon later next month.
