Darmstadt central defender Patric Pfeiffer is happy after scoring the match winner for his side on his full Bundesliga II debut on Sunday.
The 1.96 meters guardsman netted the decisive goal for his club with virtually the lst action of the game as they defeated Hannover 96 by three goals to two in a crunch encounter.
Pfeiffer who is of Ghanaian and German parentage emphasized that he was elated to play full throttle for the first time and also capping it with a goal.
“It feels super cool: my starting eleven debut, scoring a goal and then getting home victory.” Pfeiffer told the Press
“That win was very important for us. We wants to keep going and to get the best out of the next three games.” He added.
Pfeiffer, 20, was signed by Darmstadt from the second team of Hamburg last summer and has so far made six second-tier appearances scoring one goal.
