Youngster Patric Pfeiffer netted the match winner for Darmstadt as they defeated Hannover 96 by three goals to two in the German Bundesliga II on Sunday afternoon.
Pfeiffer was in hand to secure all three points for Darmstadt with virtually the last action of the game after both teams had traded goals in the opening 62 minutes of the crunch encounter.

The centre-back who is of Ghanaian and German parentage was a pillar the back as he held the deadly Genki Haraguchi at bay.
He was signed from Hamburg last summer and has so far made six second-tier appearances scoring one goal.
