Ghanaian youngster Clinton Antwi has started training with Danish first division side Esbjerg FB after joining them on loan from FC Nordsjælland.
Clinton Antwi joined FCN from the Right to Dream academy almost three years ago and after a season on the U19 team established himself in the Superliga squad.
But this season there has not been much playing time in FC Nordsjælland, and therefore both the Ghanaian back and the sports management agree that it is a good opportunity for both parties, who have now volunteered on the West Coast for the rest of this season.
Clinton Antwi: – I need playing time in relation to my development, and therefore I am happy with the opportunity I now get in Esbjerg. I look forward to the challenge and my clear ambition is to fight for a place on the team and do my part so that the club can return to the Superliga. I believe this is the right thing for me.
Clinton Antwi has so far played 22 official matches with the tiger on his chest.
