Serbian tactician Milovan Rajevac has arrived at the headquarters of Ghana Football Association ahead of his announcement as new Black Stars coach.
The Serbian will sign a two-year contract with the four-time AFCON champions to take charge of the upcoming Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Zimbabwe.
He was selected as the perfect candidate to lead Ghana to get their world cup aspirations alive after suffering defeat to Bafana Bafana of South Africa.
His appointment comes after the sacking of CK Akonnor weeks ago and will be in charge for the second time after guiding Ghana to the final of 2010 AFCON and quarter-final at the FIFA World Cup in South Africa, 2010.
He will be announced as Ghana’s new coach in few minutes at the Ghana FA press conference at 2pm.
