Former Hearts of Oak striker, Prince Tagoe has taken Asante Kotoko fans to the cleaners after he reacted to the booing of the Ghanaian legend at the Accra Sports stadium.
Fans of Kotoko were at their very audible best when they booed Asamoah Gyan in their one nil victory over Legon Cities. The former Ghanaian skipper was introduced into the game by Coach Bashir Hayford to help rescue the game which unfortunately resulted in a defeat to the relegation bound club.
“I think is unnecessary because Gyan has already made his mark on the game so we should be proud with our own. I will not be surprised if Asamoah quits the league” the former Hoffenheim striker said during an interview on Angel TV.
Asamoah Gyan has a torrid time after completing a shock move to Legon Cities due to Injury and fitness issues and is yet to register a goal.
