Ghanaian midfielder Prosper Ahiabu celebrated a major triumph with his club Inter Turku, as they secured the Finnish League Cup by defeating rivals FC Oulu 2-1 in a thrilling final.
The 26-year-old former West African Football Academy and Liberty Professionals midfielder played a pivotal role throughout the competition. He notably scored the decisive goal in the semifinals against Ilves, guiding Inter Turku to a 3-2 victory and booking their spot in the grand finale.
Ahiabu has also proudly represented Ghana at the youth international level, featuring for the Ghana U20 national team and Ghana U23 national team between 2018 and 2020, adding valuable international experience to his growing career in Europe.
