Ghana Premier League giants Obuasi Ashantigold SC will on Sunday, November 8 welcome Division One League side Asokwa Deportivo SC to the Len Clay stadium for a pre-season friendly.
The Miners in about four weeks ago suffered a huge blow to their pre-season preparations as they were beaten by the lower tier side by a lone goal at home which led to the sacking of their coach.
After four weeks of intensive training, the Yellow and Blacks would hope for a revenge against the Blue and Whites Lads from Asokwa.
The Division One League on Friday, November 6, defeated Kwahu Warriors by a 2-1 score line at Mpraeso and are unbeaten in four friendly games, winning three and with one draw game in the process.
The match is expected to be full of fire works in Obuasi as the host prepare for their league opener in a week time against highly motivated side Karela United on 15th November.
