SAFA CEO, Tebogo Monthlante says the letter they received from FIFA on their protest against Ghana was incomplete.
FIFA ruled in favor of Ghana after South Africa lodged a complaint to the world football governing body that their 1-0 world cup qualifying defeat to Ghana was manipulated by the referee Ndiaye and the GFA.
The ruling of the case came out in Friday, December 3, with FIFA throwing South Africa’s protest out but their Football Association boss says they need further insight.
“We received the decision without details and we will request FIFA for the reasons and consider our options.”SAFA CEO, Tebogo Monthlante stated in a press conference on Friday.
SAFA re said to be planning to appeal against the decision as they still claim the match was not free and fair.
