Accra Great Olympics head coach of Accra Great Olympics, Annor Walker has angrily blasted referee Selorm Kpormegbe, describing him as the worst referee in the ongoing 2020/21 Ghana Premier League.
A livid Walker, however, wants the Ghana Football Association to ban the center referee over poor performance especially in the game between Legon Cities and the ‘Oly Dade’ lads.
Speaking in an interview with Kumasi FM, Annor Walker said “Truly speaking, so far with the matches we have played, the worst officiating was what happened last Sunday in our game against Legon Cities which was handled by referee Selorm Kpormegbe,”
”I don’t normally talk about officiating but honestly what the referee did last Sunday was just too bad and my humble appeal to the FA is a ban, not him alone but other referees who do not perform well in other matches.
”In spite of this, I’m hoping for good officiating on our game against Asante Kotoko come Sunday.” He added.
Olympics will play as hosts to giants Asante Kotoko in matchday 20 of the Ghana Premier League at the Accra Sports Stadium on Friday.
