Ghana forward Antoine Semenyo was on target as Manchester City were held to a 2-2 draw by Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday in the English Premier League.
The visitors took an early lead through Rayan Cherki, who opened the scoring to put Manchester City 1-0 ahead. Semenyo then added the second goal of the game, extending City’s advantage before the break and sending them into halftime with a two-goal lead.
Tottenham fought back strongly in the second half, with Dominik Solanke scoring twice to earn a point for the home side and ensure the match ended 2-2.
The Ghanaian forward has now scored twelve goals in the Premier League this season, underlining his impressive form in the competition. He thus gets his fourth goal in five appearances since joining Manchester City.
