Spain-based defender Karim Salisu says he’s presently not ready for a call up to the senior national team, the Black Stars.
The 20 year old is yet to be feature for any of the national teams of Ghana despite his commendable rise from Real Valladolid’s youth set up to the first team.
The youngster, says he’s now focusing on his development whiles he awaits an opportunity to represent Ghana at the international level in future.
“For now, I don’t have thoughts of the national team. Maybe in the future. Or maybe for the U23 but not the Black Stars. As for the Black Stars, not now,” Salisu told FootballMadeinghana.com in an interview.
Salisu Mohammed will be hoping to maintain his place in the team when Real Valladolid visit Levante at the Ciutat de Valencia this weekend.
