Sports Ministry to give each Ghana Amputee team member $2000 after AFCON triumph

According to the Minister of Sports, Mustapha Ussif, the team that represented the Ghana Amputee team at the Africa Amputee Cup of Nations in Tanzania is set to be honoured.

The minister met the team at the ministry in the early hours of Tuesday, where he promised to reward them for their success in the competition.

Each member of the team is expected to receive 2,000 US dollars following the winning of the trophy in Tanzania.

The Ghana Amputee team beat their counterparts from Liberia to secure the trophy.
