Ghana defender Alexander Djiku has been named Strasbourg player of the month for February after putting up several stellar performances throughout the month.
The French-born Ghanaian defender thus grabs the award two in a row having also won it in January.
Alexander Djiku amassed (40.3%) per cent ahead of his competitors Frédéric Guilbert and Ludovic Ajorque who had (36%) and (9%) respectively.
The lanky defender featured in all the games and was voted Man of the Match twice during this period (against Brest and Angers) and has never left the podium.

Solid in the duels, the 26-year old centre-back regularly finishes games for his side as the player with the highest number of interceptions.
Unfortunately for Racing, Djiku picked up an injury in the last game against Monaco and could be out for some weeks.
