AS Monaco forward Eric Ayiah says he is certain Kumasi Asante Kotoko will beat Accra Hearts of Oak over the weekend in the Ghana Premier League.
Kotoko travels to the Accra Sports stadium on Sunday to play Hearts in a mouth-watering encounter in the match-day 31 fixtures of the league, with the latter in their peak.
Despite their good form, Ayiah is optimistic Mariano Barreto’s men will topple the Phobians on Sunday and go ahead to win the league title.
“I am not worried ahead of the game because both teams have picked form at the right moment,” he told sportsworldghana.com in an exclusive interview.
“We are all levelled on points but we will let them [Hearts] know that we are the worthy winners of the league.”
The 21-year-old also revealed that he is an ardent fan of the Porcupine Warriors and will be supporting them to win the league.
He added: “I am a die-hard fan of Kotoko, and I will be supporting them against Phobia on Sunday.”
“I have been following the Ghana Premier League keenly since I return from France.”
For many football fans, the game promises a lot of action considering what is at stake for both clubs.
