Swansea virtual mascot Russell Phillips names Andre Ayew as his favorite player

Swansea City mascot Russell Phillips has picked Ghanaian skipper Andre Ayew as his favorite player.

The four-year-old kid who is a virtual mascot for the Welsh based club idolized the Ghanaian international and aspire to be like him.

“I like Andre Ayew, he is my best player at Swansea, I want to be like him.” The kid stated ahead of Wednesday away game with Stoke City.

“I also like Connor Roberts.” He added

Ayew has netted ten goals and provided two assists in 30 Championship games for Swansea this season and has by far being their best player.
