Swiss Super League side St Gallen are plotting to sign Ghanaian midfielder Obeng Regan from Croatian side Istra, according to reports.
Obeng, 24, has been on superb form at the club, scoring thrice in 11 starts for Istra this season.
St Gallen’s scouts are reported to have monitored the performance of the ex-Cukaricki midfielder and are convinced about his qualities.
Regan joined NK Istra 1961 on a three-year deal during the last summer transfer window.
St Gallen already have Ghanaian pair Majeed Ashimeru and Musah Nuhn in their arms.
