Ghanaian central defender Jacob Mensah is expected to sign a new contract with English national league side Weymouth in the coming weeks.
The former Crystal Palace under 23 player joined Weymouth in January this year as a free player and went on to make 26 appearances in the league scoring one goal.
With his contract set to end this month, sportsworldghana.com can confirm that talks for a fresh two-year deal has reached an advanced stage and he will sign the deal in the coming weeks.

Mensah, 20, was born to a Ghanaian father and an English mother in London and has also featured for Ramsgate FC.
