Ghana’s Hasaacas Ladies playmaker Evelyn Badu, has extended her appreciation to Ghanaians for the wonderful support offered the club so far in the ongoing CAF Women’s Champions League in Egypt.
Badu has been an instrumental figure in Yusif Basigi side’s outstanding performance at the tournament.
The Hasmal ladies will face Mamelodi Sundowns of South Africa in the first-ever CAF Women’s Champions League final on Friday.
The match crucial match resurrects the Ghana-South Africa football rivalry after Black Stars defeated Bafana Bafana in World Cup qualifiers on Sunday courtesy of Captain Andre Ayew’s controversial penalty.
Sundowns defeated Malabo Kings on penalties after Hasaacas had also whipped ASFAR of Morocco 2-1 in the sem-final on Monday.

The club that wins the trophy will make history as the first club to win the first edition of the tournament being staged in Egypt.
