Timothy Weah, son of Liberian legend and Ballon D’or winner George Weah, signs first professional contract with Paris Saint Germain.
The 17-year-old joined the French club’s U-14 academy until signing his first official contract that will tie him to the club until 2020. He played his first ever game with Le Parisiens and scored a hattrick in their thrashing 8-1 victory over Ludogorets Razgard in the UEFA Youth Champions League.

Born in New York, Weah agreed to represent the United States national team and played in the U-17 CONCACAF tournament in Panama.
