On Instagram, the fantastic Egyptian center-back, Mohamed Abdelmonem, who has been linked with a move to the French giants AS Monaco and Turkish giants Galatasaray sent a message hinting at a possible transfer.
“I will always carry your love and support with me, thank you for everything,” wrote Abdelmonem who recently won the CAF Champions League with Al Ahly.
Reports from Egypt say AS Monaco are the favourites to sign Abdelmonem with the player willing to continue his football journey in France.
Al Ahly and AS Monaco are discussing a deal for the 25-year-old who has been an important player for the Red Devils and the Egypt national team for the last two seasons.
It is expected that Abdelmonem will not cost more than €5 million.
