In form Ghanaian Defender,Samuel Sarfo is seeking a move to play in the SouthAfrica Absa Premiership according to reports from the local media.
The 26-year-old centre back, who has six goals in the first half of the Ghanaian Premier League season, has been named in the squad for this month’s Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Ethiopia and is looking to try and make his mark at international level.
A police officer by trade, Sarfo was named the captain of his side, Liberty Professionals, last year, and has continued to improve as the months have gone on.
Sarfo was nominated for the Premier League Board NASCO Player of the Month.
Now the highest scoring defender in Ghana, the soccerladuma has reported that Sarfo is eager to play in South Africa’s top-flight in the future and is keen on making a move if an opportunity arises.
Sarfo’s contract with Liberty Professionals is believed to be expiring at some point this year, however, confirmation of the exact details couldn’t be gained at this time.
