Ahmed Toure has revealed Asante Kotoko owed him almost GHS40,000 over contract termination.
The striker speaking to Angel Fm said he signed two years with the porcupine warriors which he played one year and Kotoko terminated the remaining year but failed to pay the monies due him.
Toure went on to say, he has since kept quiet over this issue but feels he had to act now.
“Kotoko terminated my contact, I signed two years in Kotoko and they gave me half of the money in the first year, but didn’t give the other half I didn’t talk is almost GHS40,000”.
Simbard Toure as he is affectionately known to Kotoko fans further revealed in the interview that he had already taken the matter to FIFA and it’s waiting for the reply from the mother body as he knows the case could delay for six months or even a year.
“As am talking to you , I have taken the case to FIFA against them.am telling you the truth today because they cancelled my contract and didn’t give me my money, I did that before signing for Bechem, am waiting for the reply from FIFA’’.
