The Carthage Eagles of Tunisia have parted ways with Mondher Kebaier just a day after they were knocked out of the quarter finals of the 2021 AFCON by  Burkina Faso.

The  Tunisia FA are said not to be happy with Kebaier’s output and they have now fired him as they seek to bring a new gaffer.

Kebaier was named coach of the Tunisian national teams in 2019 and took them to the last four of the AFCON in Egypt three years ago.

Tunisia will name his replacement in the coming weeks as they start preparations for the 2022 World Cup playoff with Mali.
