Accra Hearts of Oak budding attacker, Victor Aidoo was once again on target for the Rainbow Boys in the Ghana Premier League on Sunday evening.
The youngster grabbed his team’s second goal in their 2-0 home win over Techiman XI Wonders to move to top four place on the league table after nine games.
Aidoo, under the tutelage of Serbia tactician, Kosta Papic has been the most improved player in the Hearts of Oak setup in the 2020-21 Ghana Premier League season.
The young attacker has found the back of the net four times for the Accra-based based club since he was given a chance to shine and exhibit his talents by the new coach.
The 21-year-old Ghanaian attacker is the first Hearts of Oak Player to score in three consecutive matches this season with a brace against Bechem United, the equalizer against Elmina Sharks last weekend and the second goal for his team as they brush aside their opponents by a thumping 2-0 yesterday in Accra.
Aidoo, a former Samartex FC attacker is enjoying life in Accra so far in his first season in the Ghana Premier League after penning a three year contract with the 2000 CAF Champions League winners.
With his blistering form in the league after playing in five games, the young but gifted attacker is making himself popular and turning into a fans favorite due to his output in games for the resurgent Hearts of Oak team.
Aidoo is the club’s top scorer so far this campaign with four goals and looks very likely to bang in more goals in subsequent games if he keeps fit and continue playing like he’s done so far in the league.
Hearts of Oak now occupies fourth position on the league table after nine matches with fifteen points.
