English-born Ghanaian teen Paul Appiah has won the 2021 Youth FA Cup with Aston Villa after they defeated Liverpool in the final.

Liverpool’s second-half substitute Melkamu Frauendorf set up an exciting finish with a goal after 73 minutes, however Villa, held on to win 2-1.
Appiah, who was an unused substitute in the game, play a key role in his team’s run to the final and scored in the 7-1 thumping of Newcastle United in the quarter finals.
The Ghanaian budding defender made 20 U-18 Premier league appearances this season, providing two assists.
