American-born Ghanaian midfielder Yunus Dimoara Musah marked his Spanish Laliga debut for Valencia on Sunday as they beat Levante 4-2 in the 2020/21 Laliga season opener at the Mestalla Stadium.
Having spent time with the Arsenal Youth side, the highly-rated midfielder who turns 18 in November this year, opted to move to Spain after the La Liga outfit showed massive interest in 2019.
Musah before moving to Spain was incredible with the Arsenal U18’s where he scored five goals and also provided two assists in 17 matches.
Musah was subbed in the 88tyh minute after making way for Ruben Sobrino.

The Ghanaian international joined Valencia last season and played for their B team before being promoted to the senior side this season.
He made 17 outings with the Valencia B team last season and scored one goal.
Born in New York City with Ghanaian descent, Musah moved to Italy with months of age, living in Castelfranco Veneto and starting his career at Giorgione Calcio 2000.
In 2012, he moved to London and joined Arsenal’s Academy, making him eligible to also play for England.
The former Giorgione youth central midfielder has represented England from the U15, U16., U17 and U18 levels but remains eligible to feature for Ghanaian at the senior national level.
