Ghanaian midfielder Isaac Nana Asare has been officially unveiled by Spanish Segunda División B side Racing Club de Santander.
The 26-year-old completed his move to the Los Montañeses on a one-year deal as a free agent.
Last season, the Ghanaian central-midfielder played 22 games for Unión Esportiva Cornellà, S. A. D. and scored one goal in the Spanish Segunda División B.
Nana Asare run down his contract with the Spanish football team based in Cornellà de Llobrega and moved to a new club in Racing Santander on Friday morning.
Since moving to Europe in 2011, the midfielder has spent most of his time in the Spanish lower-tier teams.
Between 2011-2013, Nana Asare played for Alcalá 24 times before moving to Rayo Vallecano B where he played 12 games and moved to Atlético Madrid B in the 2013-14 season playing 34 times and scoring six goals in the process.
In between 2014–2016 season, the Ghanaian central-midfielder played
Recreativo and made just six appearances and then moved on to newly promoted team Cádiz in 2016 making 15 appearances with a single goal to his name.
Nana Asare later joined La Liga 2 side Fuenlabrada in 2016 where he managed to play 25 games and scored five times before his move in 2018 to Mérida where he managed just 12 matches.
He also played for Badalona 34 times in 2018 and joined Cornellà last season playing 22 matches with a goal to his name.
