Ghanaian international Alexander Djiku has scored his first goal for Turkish Super Lig side Fenerbahçe SK.
The highly-rated center-back made the switch to the Turkish club during the summer transfer window after leaving French Ligue 1 side Racing Strasbourg.
Since his debut for Fenerbahçe SK, Alexander Djiku has been a standout player and a key presence in the team’s defense.
In the recent match against Istanbul Başakşehir FK, Djiku started as a central defender. He put in an excellent performance, finding the back of the net in the 5th minute to give Fenerbahçe SK an early lead.
Fenerbahçe SK went on to win the exciting match 4-0, with an own goal from Leonardo Duarte and a brace from Sebastian Szymanski sealing the victory.
