Ghana International midfielder, Alfred Duncan provided a masterclass assist in the Italian Serie A on Sunday afternoon against Napoli.
The former Fiorentina player played full throttle for his team as they came from behind to pick a crucial point on the road in their relegation fight.
Thirteen minutes into the first half of the match, Nigerian star, Víctor Osimhen scored the opening goal of the match to put the hosts 1-0 up inside the quarter of hour mark.
Deep into additional time period and when it looked like Napoli were home and dry with all three points at stake, Duncan sent a pinpoint and a delightful little chip over the top of the Napoli defense into the path of Nahitan Nandez who finished swiftly to save Cagliari from defeat.
Duncan’s 94th minute assist against Napoli for Cagliari is his first of the season in 19 appearances since moving from Fiorentina.
The game ended in a 1-1 stalemate after a dramatic end to the match.
