The 30-year old Ghana captain is enjoying a very good campaign in the English Championship with Swansea City, helping them to reach the English Championship play-off.
Ayew impressively has scored netted 16 goals for Swansea- 18 in all competitions and registered seven assists for his teammates as they sealed qualification to the Championship play-offs.
Ayew was on target as the Swans secured a first leg win over Brentford in the play-offs on Sunday.
