Black Stars striker, Caleb Ekuban powered Trabzonspor to victory over Istanbul Basiksahir in the Turkish Cup on Wednesday evening.
Ekuban has been a great form recently and have been very helpful for his team in their resurgence in the Turkish Super Lig after his return from injury.
Djaniny scored the first goal of the match to put the Mauves and Blacks in the lead three minutes after the break following a 0-0 stalemate in the opening 45 minutes of action.
Former Newcastle United and Chelsea man Demba Ba equalised from the spot on the 58th minute to restore parity for the Turkish Super Lig Champions.
Four minutes to the end of the entire duration of the frenetic and entertaining Cup game, the former Leeds United man latched onto a through ball which was not properly dealt with by the Basaksehir defense men to round the goalkeeper to score from an improbable angle with a mouth-watering finish to win the cup for his team.
